By using Thriftier, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when scheduling pickups.
• Confirm that items provided are textiles or apparel suitable for reuse or recycling.
• Not include prohibited, unsafe, or hazardous materials.
• Place items in a safe, accessible location for pickup at the scheduled time (as applicable to your service area instructions).

3. Ownership & Data

Content and data collected through Thriftier’s services (including item details, photos, and material composition information used for sorting) may be used to operate and improve our services.

Aggregated and anonymized data may also be used for operational improvements, sustainability reporting, and research or recycling partnerships.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

Thriftier is not responsible for items left outside that are not collected due to incorrect scheduling details, unsafe or inaccessible locations, missed pickups caused by circumstances outside our control, or item contamination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thriftier is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of (or inability to use) our services.

5. Account & Privacy

By creating an account, you agree to Thriftier’s Privacy Policy. We collect limited user data to operate and improve our services, and your data will never be sold.

6. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Thriftier after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
